I always feel guilty when I throw away my child's school work but WHAT CAN I DO? I can't keep every piece of school work from each subject, every year. I always have to secretly throw it away since I'm sure the kids would be so heartbroken to know it is gone but I just don't have the space.
I try to take pictures of most of it and I decided this blog would be a great place to review some fun things the kids have made and written.

I am curious.
I am a second grade student at Bancroft. I have copper hair and goldensage eyes. I am 7 years old. I have 1 brother and 1 sister. My favorite color is yellow because it is golden. I like to catch bugs and do science projects. My favorite thing about me is my beauty.

This year my goal is to- help out with the new baby and my 2 year old sister Avonlea. To reach my goal I am going to help Avonlea when she needs help and take the baby when my mom's busy.

Penguins
Penguins are one of the only birds that cannot fly! That's right! They cannot fly! Penguins have flippers for swimming, not flying! Guess what? Penguins live in the South Pole! They don't live in the North Pole! did you know this? I can only go underwater 3 feet, but penguins can go underwater 600 feet! Penguins are cool alright
